Strengthening the Capacities of the Ministry of Justice in line with the Requirements of the EU Accession Negotiation Process (EU for Justice – Support for Chapter 23) is an EU funded Technical Assistance project. It provides consultative and know how support on legal, strategic, institutional and capacity building aspects which underpin the judicial reform policies and coordination and monitoring of implementation of the measures of the Action Plan for Chapter 23: Judiciary and Fundamental Rights. The Project contributes to enhancing institutional capacities of the Ministry of Justice as the leading institution in the sector.
