GDSI
Limited, established in 1991, is one of Ireland’s most dynamic economic
consulting companies. As the central hub in a network of companies including
Autus Global (Ireland), GDSI (CY) (Cyprus) and GDSI (UK), GDSI inherits a multi-disciplinary core staff and associates, as well as
a proven track record in the implementation of projects in the fields of
justice and fundamental rights worldwide and in Serbia.
GDSI and its
network partners have been working on a whole range of justice, human rights, and
anti-discrimination issues in IPA and ENI regions as well as worldwide over the

EPTISA
Founded in 1956, EPTISA has been one of
the leading consulting companies from Spain providing technical assistance
support to EU, World Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
(EBRD), European Investment Bank (EIB), Council of Europe Bank (CEB),
etc.EPTISA’s business portfolio is extensive covering most sectors of
development and technical assistance intervention – from strengthening
capacities of public administration in judicial sector in pre-accession
countries and worldwide, alignment of judicial normative framework with Union
acquis and accession/negotiation process, public administration reform,
