IMPROVING COMMUNICATION SKILLS FOR THE PROMOTION OF THE ACTION PLAN FOR CHAPTER 23 ACTIVITIES

Together with the Ministry of Justice, in February and March this year, the Project has organised a series of workshops titled ‘Communication skills for the promotion of the Action Plan for Chapter 23 activities for the MoJ staff and the focal points for CH23 AP’.

The objective of the training was to improve the skills required for effective communication of the achievements resulting from the implementation of the Action Plan for Chapter 23 thus to contribute tor understanding and promotion of key reform measures taken by the Serbian Government in recent years and the benefits to Serbian citizens resulting from these measures.

More than 25 representatives of the institutions responsible for the implementation of measures under the Chapter 23 Action Plan attended the workshops, actively participating in practical exercises and lectures designed to train the skills required for communication with target audiences, in particular media and wider public.
